This work aims at evaluating the appeal of the tourism
sector, focusing, mainly, in
the international receptive segment. The project was
initiated in a business opportunity
that is believed to exist; to analyze its real viability,
Porter's five forces have been applied.
Starting from the recognition of the scenarium where to
operate, a proposition has been
make regarding the strategic positioning considered the
most adequate for the enterprise
object of this study.
