Quality nowadays is becoming a subject more and more
frequent in the business
world. This, in the philosophy of project implementation
can be understood as a search
for better results based on better performance and
planning on project management.
Customer satisfaction is the key objective which quality
aims achieving, and besides that,
depends on individual commitment from each employee, in
order to achieve the company
results.
One of the main reasons for a company to implement a
quality oriented system, is
the profit increase, along with higher customer loyalty.
In other words, the customer
doesnt change the supplier when satisfied with the
product or service offered. Quality
also helps on waste reduction and processes optimization,
improving productivity.
The project management methodology delivers more
visibility, cost reductions,
planning and control on a project implementation. However,
its efficiency and efficacy
are directly linked to project managers knowledge of the
philosophy of quality.
These guidelines must be reflected with base on the
philosophy of quality adopted
by the company, in order to obtain better understanding
and implementation of strategies,
in a way that, product or service can be offered with
higher quality to customers.
