Resumo:
This work consists of a study case on the corporation Nolem, melon importer and exporter, which started to show signs of problems as to its services offered, resulting in market share loss. It was proposed that a research be made based on marketing services, with the objective to identify possible flaws and inefficiencies in the service communication between the representative and the client. Based on the research data, we proposed a program to correct, therefore elevate, the quality level of the services offered, aiming to recuperate the satisfaction of the companies´ clients and possibly gaining new ones.
