Resumo:
The objective of this study was to create a personal marketing plan for the beach volleyball athletes, Camila Bertozzi and Isabela López, with the objective of helping them find a sponsorship, since they were finding countless difficulties to obtain financial support. Along with the marketing plan, changes in their daily routine that would help them to get a sponsorship were proposed. The study also discussed the importance of the sponsorship marketing, the advantages of promoting a brand or product using athletes, in particular beach volleyball players, and the importance to the athletes to find companies that would help them to obtain a sponsorship.
