This study aims to analyze if the brief technical recession seen in the first decade of the XXI century made possible the happening of the most recent fenomenom seen in the labor markets of advanced economies, the job polarization and jobless recoveries. After that, it looks hypothesis that could be responsible for the actual framework in Brazil and explained how the data had evolved until 2013.
