Resumo:
The objective of this work is to analyze the determinants of women s participation in the labor market in a post-pandemic context, and assess the extent to which barriers limit women s choices. Shows how the economic effects of Covid-19 were unequal between genders, where the pandemic interrupted the trend of more significant female insertion in professional life, and the recovery was faster for men. We pay attention to the existence of segmentation of occupations according to sex and the type of women s insertion in the job market. For this, we consider both the occupation positions and the working day s length.
