The present study was conducted at Naturgy s Corporate University, focusing on its operations in Brazil, particularly at its headquarters located in Rio de Janeiro. The central objective was to analyze the perception of Naturgy employees regarding the UC s contribution to the development of technical, behavioral, and leadership competencies.The analysis was based on interviews conducted with professionals who actively participated in the competency development programs offered by the UC, including managers, analysts, and employees directly involved in theseeducational initiatives. The interviewees provided valuable insights during the discussions, enriching the study.In conclusion, it was possible to identify how the UC contributes to the development of employees competencies and highlight the necessary improvements to enhance its training programs, such as implementing more practical and dynamic methods that engage employees and break the monotony.
