Resumo:
The thesis about group dynamic as a tool for Endomarketing consists in demonstrate its application and provide a better understanding about the subject. The text demonstrates how important is to run an intense action of Endomarketing, in order to keep the employees satisfied and comfortable about their jobs, related to their tasks and environment. The study on focus demonstrates the importance of the interpersonal relationship, and how to achieve it throughout mechanisms that most of the time uses group dynamics to succeed. Besides that, it was studied how the companies that provides Endomarketing services and products sells them and what the professionals that works with it thinks about it.
