Resumo:
This work consists of the study of the conception of a new company that is appearing in the market of entertainment. This company intends to re- edit a service returned to the leisure that there are some years it already existed and that nowadays the consumers fell a necessity to have it again - the carnival out of time in Rio de Janeiro. For that, the company seeks to introduce again on the market the product with improvements in its acting and organization. The cost to implant the project is loud, but if there is a professional administration, it will be a profitable business.
