Resumo:
The propouse of this paper is to plan a comercial strategy for a manufacturing company in the petroleum industry. This company is located in Belford Roxo, a city of the state of Rio de Janeiro, and have Petrobras as its only one customer. This research shows the market, where Zimec is placed, its organizational estructure, its products line and its current strategy. It intends to show the risks and problems of the current strategy e sugests a new strategy of customer diversification, aiming to increase its operacional safety e garantee its survival by an sustainable competitive advantage.
