Resumo:
The aim of this study was to analyze and compare the attitude and motivation of two groups of consumers of the artist Taylor Swift: loyal fans, known as Swifties, and traditional fans. Swifties are those who follow the artist s career in detail, actively participate in fan communities and have a strong emotional connection with her music and public image. Traditional fans, on the other hand, are consumers who enjoy Taylor s music, but have a lower level of involvement, not following her releases or events with the same intensity. The interviews made it possible to identify the similarities and differences between the motivation and attitude of these two consumer profiles towards the products and symbols associated with the artist. In addition, the study revealed the influence of the Taylor Swift brand on consumer behavior, highlighting how her image impacts different groups of fans emotionally and commercially.
