The main objetive of this exploratory study is to descover
effectives ways to fidelity
the guests that rent apartaments to a period of time.
The study aims to verify how much the guests are
satisfeilds and how much
important a good postsale is to fidelity them.
The results show that the guests are satisfields with the
services and that a good
postsale is fundamental to any problem that happen can be
solve in the best way. Always
trying to surprinsing the guests, surpassing their
expectations. Consequently they are
going to be satisfields and loyals.
