Resumo:
Recently, e-mail is being used as a marketing and selling tool, mainly due to its advantages, such as cost and operation simplicity. However, some factors as lack of time and bad use of this tool are producing several problems to those that want to apply it in a professional and ethic way. This study aims to find and analyze the main obstacles found by the companies in the commercial approach by e-mail, proposing, in its conclusion, recommendations and procedures to overcome them. For this purpose, the revision of the available literature was used as a base.
