This study concentrates on finding alternative growth
strategies in the real state
business, aimed at the "popular" social class. It follows
the work sequence that has
already started in another project. This project consists
of the incorporation, sales and
financing of the land in privet condominiums. The
construction includes all the
infrastructure system such as water, light, swage, river
water and also security and
recreation area.
Through this study an environmental analysis is done using
the five forces in the
Michael Porter model. Afterwards, it is strengths and
weaknesses are also studied to
determine the necessary changes in the original strategy.
