Resumo:
The present work aimed to present an overview of the convenience market, by approaching its evolution and adaptation to Brazil, depicting the opportunities and features fostered by this retail channel and, ultimately, by assessing the degree of consumers satisfaction towards the Monalisa Convenience Store, which operates under the Texaco s Star Mart Franchise. Thus, evidences suggest that the most significant conclusion reached by this study is that the product and service offered by this store reflect great satisfaction by its costumers, as can be ascertained from the answers to the survey carried out.
