Resumo:
This paper addresses the inclusion of women in the Armed Forces and aviation, highlighting the cultural, historical, and institutional challenges faced by women. By analyzing gender stereotypes, hegemonic masculinity, and aesthetic representation, it discusses how these dynamics limit equality. Advances such as the admission of women in the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) reveal important achievements, but full inclusion requires structural and cultural reforms that promote diversity and equity in military spaces.
