Resumo:
Due to a great pressures related to globalization, designation of employees to other countries has been more frequent lately. These designations are very expensive for the company, so they must be certain that the chosen person is the correct one for the designation and that this person adapts the quickest possible to the new country for him to be as comfortable as possible to exert the new function. One of the main adaptations required is, without a doubt, the financial adaptation, and for this reason a good payment politics and management of this process is very important. This work tries to elaborate a payment process for the designee, which decreases the chances of errors, leaving the designee more comfortable at his designation.
