Resumo:
Through this paper, it will be possible to know the high speed Internet offered by Telemar, Velox. There are three ways to sell this service: web site, retail traders and telemarketing. The main propose of this study is to offer suggestions to improve the receptive telemarketing sales, as we see that exists a small percentage of sales conversion in comparison with the volume of incoming calls. In order to that, a research took place with the consumers that called the 0800 but didnt buy the service. The explanation was that the clients were looking not to buy the service, but to get information. The price and the bad quality of the attendants were quoted as the motive of not buying at all. Training the attendants and special offerings are some of the suggestions to increase sales on this sale channel.
