The objective of this study is to generate a strategical
planning and a plan of
action for an organization without end-lucrative. The
methodology used in provides a
detailed analysis to them organization structure and the
environment where the society is
inserted. On the basis of the models and concepts of the
strategical administration, as
Matrix SWOT, the Chain of Values and the Balanced
Scorecard, it was possible to create a
proposal of great importance for the development of the
society. The presented actions of
improvement in this report make possible a practical and
objective application so that the
organization can reach its strategical objectives.
