The present work focus on HSBC Bank's - financial agent -
adaptation to the frequent
changes dictated by BNDES in its financial operational
processeses for national machines
and equipment ( FINAME), and projects ( automatic BNDES).
The new FINAME rules are
addressed in this monography, as well as the
characteristics of such operation and the
consequences for HSBC, its clients and suppliers, and
BNDES history and aims within the
framework of the current political conjuncture.
