The purpose of this work is to analyze the major aspects
that influence private customer s
choice of an investment banking institution, as well as the
sort of products and services
which are considered valuable. The work is based on both, a
research aimed at identifying
what is seen as valuable by customers and also an analysis
of Banco Prosper highlighting
its strengths and weakness from customers point of view.
The purpose is that of
implementing the necessary moves towards reinforcing the
first and neutralizing the latter.
