Resumo:
Due to the growth from the competitiveness in the market of telecommunications in Brazil, the companies of the sector are seeking differentials to obtain competitive advantage. Many of them they are putting his efforts in actions of relationship. The objective of this work will be defined of research from field the ideal program of rewards to the consumers. It promote fidelization is an important strategy of business, have some evaluations, planning and tactics of marketing well performed that will be shown to the long one of this work.
