This study has the objective to perform a research of the
reasons that took the trainees to
work for a multinational bank and, once they were inside,
what do motivate them to
continue on the company. In order to do that, it was
studied the conceptions & theories on
the subject of motivation and their link with some
practices of human resources
administration , specially the trainees administration.
