This current project focuses on the understanding how
important are the consulting
services under a process management perspective, and how a
start-up and processcentered
organization could be successful working with process
management
methodology, aiming on supporting the needs of the
organizations in the
telecommunication sector. The project is based and
centered on concepts and studies
from several authors of books, which are related to the
topic to be developed, as well as
researches and interviews with business administration
professionals that work with
consulting services.
