This study case was based on a visit to a retail trade
company. It tries to establish the
ideal assortment for the shops that do not have car park,
which affects the sales of certain
goods such as furniture and gym equipment.
As instrument of analysis, this study case makes use of
statistic data which demonstrate
the sales of certain categories, comparing the shops with
and without car parks.
At the end of this analysis, the SKUs that do not belong
to the assortment of the shops
without car parks will be transferred to the ones which
have them.
