Resumo:
This graduation project aims to develop a methodology for evaluating customer satisfaction presented on electronic platforms related to Brazilian services and products, using text mining techniques. The method will identify relevant topics, feelings and entities present in consumer comments. The proposed solution has the ability to help companies and merchants to improve their products, services and customer service.
