Resumo:
Lubricants are very necessary for the good functioning of cars. But how far does non proffessional drivers know about lubricants? Marketing strategies can be adopted by companies in order to reach consumers that don`t know much about this products. But in order to this efficiently, companies must know their own consumers. A research concerning the consumers must take place to find ou what their preferences are, what they know about the companies and what they know specifically about lubricants. Knowing these information above mentioned, it is possible to have strategies that can reach the clients an raise sales
