Resumo:
The research done was dedicated to an inquiry about the factors that influence the satisfaction of the corporative buyers of gifts. This work is based on the researches done on customer satisfaction. The results show the factors that are less important and more important, and the ways the compay could deal with them. Suggestions were given to the Gift Line so as to improve the company s performance.
