Resumo:
This project will give in details the sales process of the HsternHome web site to achieve a better way to join the expectations of their clients. The web site, nowadays, has some problems that could lead to client dissatisfied. This is a matter that Hstern cares because the most important target the company wants to win is a high quality customer`s service. Looking at the variables and processes from a Six Sigma perspective it was possible to identify the critical points so that a strategy could be drawn to improve and achieve the main goal which is the reduction of the time spent on the web site sales order .
