Resumo:
The goal of this study about BS quarry consists in solve two problems: production excess and delivery logistic . Therefore vertical integration theory is applied, making concret bricks with selffurnished materials disposable from production excess. Such hypothesis will be qualified with Porter s theory(1986), based on the valuation of this industrial branch, through the five strengths analysis. The conclusion, using Linkert s scale, will measure this industrial attractiveness, and define the integration viability ahead, in order to solve today s company problems and improve it is performance.
