Resumo:
The aim of this study is to examine how Brazilian consumers who recently visited Walt Disney s Magic Kingdom theme park perceive and respond to the sensory stimuli employed by the company. To achieve this objective, an exploratory and qualitative research was conducted with a group of 14 recent visitors to the Magic Kingdom. This approach allowed for an analysis of the various forms of sensory stimuli to which the participants were exposed during their visit to the park.
