Resumo:
This study aims to analyze how the Belmond Copacabana Palace Hotel implements marketing strategies that align with the values and consumption behaviors of Generation Z. The research will investigate the tactics adopted by the hotel to attract and engage this young and demanding audience. This may include creating relevant digital content to personalized experiences. The objective is to understand how the Copacabana Palace, a century-old hotel, remains relevant and appealing to Generation Z, adapting to their preferences in an ever-evolving luxury market.
