Resumo:
Continuous changes in the Environment, such as technologicals, socials, politiceconomics, call the transformation of tradition organizations, which no longer respond well to market´s demand. Changes in the organization are made through innovations based in actions and strategies, that conduct a company to reach the planned goals. A new strategic proposal and organization´s changes may cause resistance by employees, that´s the reason of Training which creates them a new conscience and makes them work, so that they can collaborate in the development of organization´s strategic plan.
