The objective of this work is to dissert about the
caracteristics of the Financial Leasing for
companies, including its advantages and disadvantages,
actuation area, e when should it
be applied or not. Besides that, it will be donne a
comparission about the financial leasing
and another type of investment (bank loan) to the
acquisition of machinary needed to the
operational development of a company, with the objective to
prove wicth one is the best
investment.
