Resumo:
Telemar is a telecommunications company that acts in sixteen states in Brazil. This undertaking divides it is customers into three different groups: residential, enterprise (small e average companies) and corporative (great companies) clients. This study will only analyse the enterprise s segment, because of it is customers, that have very particular characteristics. Through a marketing research and consumer s behaviour s studies, this study will draw up a marketing planning for these customers, analysing the best strategies to be adopted.
