Resumo:
This study investigates the elements sustaining the loyalty of League of Legends players. Findings demonstrate the effectiveness of fulfilling the needs for autonomy, competence, rewards, social interaction, as well as character identification and Esports as both entertainment and learning mediums in player loyalty. Managerial implications encompass narrative strategies, character diversity, and a proactive approach to toxicity.
