The study carried out at the company XPTO S.A, agrees with the
perception of workers and managers, regarding the impacts of quality of life at
work (QWL) in the Telework environment, with the aim of understanding how this
work model works in a post- COVID-19 pandemic. A field survey was carried out
at the company s office in Rio de Janeiro using a questionnaire in the areas of
Purchasing and Facilities, Commercial, Communication, Human Capital,
Projects, Information Technology and Operations. The interviewees were
employees, interns and managers of the sectors and consisted of learning about
the advantages and advantages of the Home Office and the challenges of
workers and managers, being more focused on quality of life, time management,
performance, productivity and health. mental. The responses to the survey were
not unanimous, but everyone responded that the distance factor affected
personal relationships and the company s social climate.
