Resumo:
The present work focuses on Grupo Fleury., a privately held company with a multibrand business in Brazil, which offers medical diagnostics services. The company faces a challenge of growth and innovation. The work begins with an analysis of the Brazilian healthcare system, its tendencies, companies distribution,and the covid-19 pandemic impact. It then analyzed Grupo Fleury s strategic planand how it can be described based on Porter s five forces to understand the main changes in the sector. Finally, a new business model has been proposed to support Grupo Fleury s competitivity and differentiation on future scenarios.
