Resumo:
The study investigated the results obtained by startups that participated in open innovation programs in partnership with large companies. Data analysis was carried out based on interviews, and the results seek to provide relevant observations for startups involved in this process or those that aim to implement open innovation. Productive collaboration, strategic alignment, regular exchange of information and adjustment of the business model are elements that managers should pay attention to in order to achieve positive results in open innovation. These findings provide important insights for startups, highlighting the importance of establishing strategic partnerships and adapting to market demands.
