Resumo:
This work aims to verify the impacts that after-sales reverse logistics causes on the online purchase decision. E-commerce is a form of purchase that has been conquering more and more space in the market and in the homes of consumers, whether due to convenience, practicality, variety of products or other factors. Consequently, to keep up with these advances, it is necessary for organizations to keep pace with this accelerated pace and invest in practices that ensure consumer satisfaction before, during and after online purchases, such as, for example, implementing reverse post-sales logistics (exchange and return) efficient and effective. Through a qualitative research, carried out by the descriptive method, answers were obtained through an evaluative questionnaire, on the perception of consumers to the practice of post-sales reverse logistics (exchange and return) of companies, before carrying out a purchase of clothes online. The objective of the work was achieved and it was possible to prove how much people are concerned with the operation of the reverse logistics process in e-commerce and if there is its implementation in companies, being considered a determining factor in the decision to purchase online. As for the conclusions, very positive aspects were observed that could contribute to the realization of more comprehensive future studies on the impacts generated by reverse logistics.
