The present work consists of the study and understanding of the greatest difficulties that women face when they go through the maternity period while they remain working in a team management position and need to reconcile the focus on their career with household chores and raising children. Based on this, through a qualitative research, interviews were conducted with six mothers who work or have worked in leadership positions in companies, both private and public. In short, the study considers the support of the people around these women to be essential, forming a social support network that enables a balance between their personal and professional lives.
