Resumo:
The study aims to analyze the behavior of university female consumers at PUCRio. Through theories on consumer behavior and marketing research, it seeks to identify the relationship between marketing strategies used by brands and their influence on the fashion consumer s purchasing process in the clothing segment. Additionally, it aims to elucidate the preferences and reasons that lead consumers to choose certain clothing brands, as well as to assess their satisfaction and loyalty.
