Resumo:
This document introduces, based on a literature review, the concept of antennas and their main parameters. After that, three types of antennas (pyramidal horn, helical, parabolic reflector) are studied in order to use them in the measurement experiment of the radiation pattern in both anechoic and echoic environments (anechoic chamber). Next, a symmetrical double-reflector antenna is analyzed only in the anechoic chamber. Finally, conclusions and comparisons are presented between the results obtained in the echoic and anechoic environments.
