This work aims to present a research carried out with the audience results of
a sports application covering the elite championships of Brazilian football in the year
2022, and aimed to study the strategy of attracting new users of a platform of scores
and sports results. For this, we used a perspective of seven matches and the
audience of the 365Scores app during the games and accesses after the match. In
this sense, the research is characterized as a case study, whose data collection was
carried out through the application of a questionnaire sent to those responsible for
the company s marketing. After the quantitative analysis of the questionnaire
responses, the points considered relevant were selected and a comparative analysis
of several criteria among the seven games studied was elaborated. As a result, it
was found that a Brazilian soccer knockout championship final can bring an
exponential growth of new users and the possibility of loyalty to the digital platform.
