Resumo:
The COVID-19 pandemic caused companies a concern about their immediate survival and also an accelerated transition in working remotely, as is the case of the business consulting Mirow & Co. The company is the focus of this study, wich seeks to understand the facilities and dilemmas faced during the adaptation to the new work model, once the company used to provide its services in a totally face-to-face way. The study was conducted with the company and 25 of its professionals and is characterized as an exploratory research with qualitative and quantitative natures. From the results and analyses obtained, it was possible to identify the positive and negative impacts of the remote work for both the company and its professionals.
