The present work investigated what were the employees perceptions about the measures adopted by Louvre Hotels Group Brazil due to the COVID-19 pandemic with a focus on People Management practices. The field research was carried out with employees from different positions and sectors of Louvre Hotels Group Brazil. The survey results described the adaptation measures to remote work taken by the People and Management area. In addition, the data indicated varied perceptions about the advantages and disadvantages of remote work, as well as the impacts of remote work, interim measures and the pandemic on communication, productivity and well-being among teams and employees.
