The term paper consists of a research on the behavior of truck drivers at gas stations on the Presidente Dutra Highway, on the RJ x SP axis. Truck drivers have special needs that differ from urban consumers, classified as motorists consumers. In this sense, highway gas stations are increasingly investing in capturing and retaining these customers, the objective of this work is to identify the factors that influence the truck driver to choose a particular gas station.
