Resumo:
The objective of the study was to analyze the impacts of the implementation of the hybrid work model in organizations after the Covid-19 scenario. The comparison with the theories was made from a qualitative and quantitative research, through a questionnaire and interviews with professionals from different companies. As a conclusion, it was possible to analyze that, in general, everyone is very pleased with the possibility of working in a hybrid format; however, it is necessary to have a sensitive vision of how well traditional companies have prepared themselves to deal with an autonomous and flexible work model in the face of a traditional organizational culture.
