|
The present study aims to investigate the organizational impacts that occurred with the transition from the associative management model to the business model in Botafogo de Futebol e Regatas. In order to achieve the final goal, a study was conducted addressing organizational concepts such as: management models, organizational change and corporate governance. Through this study, in addition to the fact that interviews have been made with employees of the club itself, as a result, it was possible to obtain an internal look at these impacts on the organization.
