Resumo:
This study aims to explore aspects related to slow consumption, from the customer s point of view, especially regarding the slow bakeries. In this way, based on the theoretical framework, the study acquired greater foundations, enabling a richer and deeper data collection and later, analysis. In view of this, the study had as one of the main results the greater understanding of the philosophy of slow consumption within the bakeries adept to this movement. In addition, it enabled greater awareness of the process of deceleration, a phenomenon inherent to this style of purchase, as well as increasingly frequent in the reality of many individuals.
